Carlos Navarro

Carlos Navarro teaches sixth grade. Mr Navarro was born in Hollywood, CA and moved to the Bay Area in 1993 when he was in 7th grade. He went to UC Santa Cruz for his bachelor's degree and to the Universidad de Autonoma Guadalajara to study Education. Fun facts: Mr Navarro loves to coach and play basketball, does landscaping/construction, is an Aztec Dancer, does yoga, and hikes in the forest. When he is not teaching, Mr Navarro loves spending time with his family and working in his garden.

aleksandra bril

Aleksandra Bril teaches seventh grade. Shel received her undergraduate degree at Pitzer College and her Teaching Credential and Masters of Education through National University. When it comes to teaching, Aleksandra Bril is most passionate about social-emotional development. One of her greatest goals in the classroom is to teach children how to regulate their emotions and have positive social relationships. She works to instill a strong sense of community, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.


Jonathan wardwell

Mr. Jonathan teaches eighth grade and this is his first year here at Connect! He is super excited to be here and as you can tell, he loves Star Wars and Marvel! His two dogs are Coco (the black one) and Rex (the tan one) :)
