Connect Community Charter School was authorized by the Redwood City School District, but it operates independently from the district. We are governed by the same laws and regulations as any public school.
Connect’s Board of Directors provides oversight for the school, ensuring that we bring our vision to life and remain financially stable. Composed of volunteer members, the board meets monthly and conducts meetings in public. You are welcome to attend our meetings.
Our educational program is led by our principal in close collaboration with our teachers and other staff. We use a shared governance model in our educational program, in which teachers are deeply involved in the operations of the school and contribute to key decisions about the educational program. Our principal reports to the Connect Board of Directors.
Parents involvement is welcome and required at Connect. We are fortunate to have an engaged community of parents.
